Microgaming Quickfire Inducts More Online Casino Games

August 29, 2016

The Microgaming Quickfire platform has added three new partners this month. In the coming period players at Australian online casinos powered by Microgaming will see diverse new content being added to the games portfolio.

The first of these was Gamevy, the winner at Pitch ICE 2015 and Game to Watch ICE 2016. Gamevy is a recent entrant in the online gaming software arena, but has made a name for developing innovative skill and instant win games. The most famous titles are skill and luck gameshows such as The Heist and Gears of Fortune, where players answer quiz questions to unlock jackpots. The popular instant win titles include Boss the Lotto, Diamond Deal, Epic Gems and Spin Lotto. The integration of the platforms has been completed and a selection of Gamevy’s games is already on the Quickfire platform, with more to follow in time. Tom Chamberlain, Head of Quickfire at Microgaming, said “A clear focus of ours is to deliver unique and differentiated content to the hundreds of brands live on the Quickfire platform. Gamevy definitely fit this bill and we’re excited to have them on board.”

The second new partner that Microgaming Quickfire has taken on board is Just For The Win. This game development studio has yet to release its content to the market, but the team running the show has more than 40 years of combined experience in the online gaming market. Just For The Win will add further diversity to the Quickfire platform by contributing fun and immersive casino games, complemented by unique mathematical features. This content is expected to be available to Australian online casino players on the Quickfire platform in 2017.

The latest announcement from Microgaming is taking on Pariplay as a development partner. Pariplay is also a new gaming software company that was founded in 2010. Microgaming already supplies its games through Quickfire to Pariplay’s Fusion network. The association is being extended to integrating Pariplay’s range of games on the Quickfire platform. These include scratch cards, instant wins and online pokies. Scratch cards have been a weak link in the Microgaming portfolio, especially since Playtech launched its branded titles. Now Microgaming will make up this deficiency by adding popular Pariplay scratch cards like Atari Star Raiders and Zodiac Fortune. Australian Microgaming online casino players will also get access to Pariplay branded pokies like Atari Black Widow, The Three Stooges and Las Cucas Locas. A recently released instant win game titled Atari Asteroids is also expected to be on the Quickfire platform.
